A Day to Share 2011
The third edition of A DAY TO SHARE took place on Sunday, September 18, in Onex.
About 90 guests gathered to support FOH and our partners on the field and thanks to your generosity, CHF 50'046 was raised! You can read the financial report by clicking here.
Despite this good result, we haven't reached our objectives and we still need to raise CHF13'000 for the below projects! Help us to do it by making a small donation.
One donation of CHF100 is enough to cover the education, food and accomodation for one child in India for one year!
You can find all the pictures of the day below!
- Burundi, the Shalom House, Maggy Barankitse with a lot of emotion, presented how they help girls that have been abused (support and prevention)
- Nepal, the family of four: help to remote villages to access clean water, to get pit latrines and to get light. Alex was not able to be there but an impacting movie was presented.
- India, Alice Schools project: Luigina De Biasi presented the third school of the Alice Project in India, this one in a remote and mountainous area of the Arunachal Pradesh state.
- Mongolia, Lamp of the Path : Massimo Corona talked about the Lamp of the Path project in Ulaan Bataar, in Mongolia, and put his work in the proper historical context
